NVIDIA announced the new GeForce RTX-40 cards for laptops as part of its
activities at CES 2023. These cards aspire to provide the best performance in
the price category, and for the first time, we will see the number 90 in a
laptop card.
The new cards will be three times more efficient than the previous
generation, with the Ada Lovelace architecture making its way into the new
hardware. Do not forget that we will see new Max-Q technologies this year with
DLSS 3.0 technology for the first time in laptops as well, and the cards aspire
to provide four times the performance with AAA games such as Cyberpunk with
full ray tracing activated.
RTX 4090 and RTX 4080 Cards Debut!
For the first time, NVIDIA introduces the 90 Series in laptops, which
can now run four 4K screens at 60 frames to open the door to a completely
different gaming experience. Live broadcasting will also be much better because
you can broadcast in 4K resolution and 60 frames per second, and do not forget
that the dual encoder available on these devices reduces the rendering time in
half.
Devices that include these cards will start at $2,000 and will be
available on February 8th
The RTX 4070, RTX 4060, and RTX 4050 are here too!
The new devices are already coming out to offer higher performance than
the last generation cards and use only a third of the energy used in the
previous devices. These devices aspire to provide a gaming experience at 1440p
at 80 frames per second, and this is a number that we would not have seen
without this jump in performance.
Content creation will also be better on Blender and similar tools, so
what takes two and a half hours will take only 10 minutes, as the company
reviewed.
These devices will be available at a starting price of $ 1,000 for devices that will come with the RTX 4050, to be issued on the second of next February!
Max-Q Technologies is the king!
Max-Q technologies have been updated into their fifth generation, to
improve performance and energy efficiency. Updates include improved DLSS 3
technology on these cards to improve performance, battery life and fan noise by
up to two times.
The lowest possible voltage for GDDR6 memory was also provided on
laptops, and this reduces energy consumption in general. The company also made
improvements to the Ada Lovelace chipset to double the data flow and increase
the memory capacity by 16 times in order to improve the frequencies as well.
These cards will be available inside laptops from major companies,
including ASUS, Dell, Alienware, Gigabyte, Lenovo, and many companies.
